We are looking for energetic and experienced people to join our team NOW!

• Daily management of Accounts Payable (Trade and Non-Trade) General Ledger process
• Ability to analyze sales process and partner with Director of Procurement to determine future opportunities
• Responsibility for Balance Sheet account analysis and reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Manage/prepare journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and Capital requests
• Participate in preparation for audits and physical inventories
• Help in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies
• Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
• Assist controller with preparation of monthly reporting requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant work experience
• 10+ years progressive experience in Accounting/Finance
• 5 years supervisory experience within Accounting/Finance
• C.M.A. or C.P.A. a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership and dedication to responsibilities and projects/tasks assigned
• Punctual and willing to work extra hours when required
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment
• Public Accounting and/or Year-End Auditing experience preferred
• Well organized with ability to effectively prioritize
• Attention to detail and problem solving ability
• Effective communication including verbal, written and active listening
• Ability to think and act independently; takes initiative
