In 1993, Eggology brought fresh egg whites to the retail sector, and shortly thereafter, a need was recognized in the foodservice world for pure, shell-free eggs in bulk. Exceedingly fresh with no added chemicals, Eggology ensures that every single egg that leaves their facility has undergone a rigorous quality control process that exceeds HAACP standards. They produce all of their products in a USDA facility that is also Kosher certified, and all egg products are fully pasteurized, making them perfectly safe for raw egg applications as well. Eggology products do not contain any hormones, antibiotics or GMO’s, and because of their freshness, taste naturally sweet and whip up perfectly every time.
