Barely Buzzed is made with Jersey milk and hand-rubbed with a heady mixture of espresso and lavender. This is a smooth, rich cheese, featuring notes of butterscotch and caramel near the rind, and a full, mellow finish. It is excellent with roasted nuts and fresh fruit, and a winner of 1st place at the American Cheese Society competition in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. Cow milk.
