TeaHive is a semi-firm, Jersey cow’s milk cheese. Wheels are rubbed with a blend of black tea and bergamot oil, lending the paste a subtle, floral quality that is perfectly balanced by its natural creaminess. The cheese has a heady fragrance of orange blossom, and pairs beautifully with dark stouts or pilsners. 1st place winner at the American Cheese Socity competition in 2012. Cow milk.
