A low-moisture, whole milk mozzarella ideal for shredding, slicing and melting. Made similarly to a fresh mozzarella, except that it is drained of more whey and water, yielding a cheese with a firm texture and smooth, milky mozzarella flavor. Ideal for cooked preparations. Cow milk.
