Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production on Google sheets.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from client.
  • Responsible for printing production maps
  • Assure billing invoices from 3PL are correct.
  • Monitor dispatching of trucks for accurate departure time
  • Print and sort 3PL labels.
  • Use Microsoft excel and Slack.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory management software used by the company.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills.
  • Is detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.
  • Works well with others.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

1.      Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day.  Estimate 80% of time is spent on feet and 20% sitting at desk.

2.      Have occasional need to perform the following physical activities: bend/stoop/squat around cubicle desk for filing. 

3.      Have occasional need to perform standing and walking activities.

4.      Constant needs to perform the following physical activities: writing/typing, grasping/turning, finger dexterity.

5.      Lifting/carrying over 10 pounds occasionally.  Lifting/carrying less than 10 pounds frequently.

6.      Vision requirements:  constant need to complete forms, read reports, view computer screen.  Frequently need to see small detail.  Frequently need to see things clearly beyond arm’s reach.

7.      Hearing requirements:  constant need to communicate over telephone and in person.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position sits in an office environment but will go out to warehouse where it is 35-45degrees ( cold environment).
