We are Greenleaf – Bay Area Produce (greenleafsf.com), Looking for enthusiastic people to join our Customer Service Team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be managing the high volume of phone calls, emails and chat messages with our customers, accurately receive and process customers’ orders in a timely manner, providing detailed product information to customers’, informing customers about product shortages and other potential service issues

The skills that we are looking for are basic computer knowledge, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively and quickly present product information and respond to customer questions, Ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially under time pressure, and one year of customer service experience. Spanish is a plus.
